{"id":378,"date":"2010-06-29T18:15:42","date_gmt":"2010-06-29T18:15:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hub-dev.bates.edu\/food\/?page_id=378"},"modified":"2016-11-01T15:41:19","modified_gmt":"2016-11-01T19:41:19","slug":"maple-shortbread-cookies","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/food\/foods-importance\/food-in-good-company\/maple-shortbread-cookies\/","title":{"rendered":"Maple Shortbread Cookies"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Created by Bates College Dining Services<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Yields two dozen 2-inch cookies<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>3\/4 cup Maple Butter (recipe below)<br \/>\n2 cups all-purpose flour<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1 tablespoon water or as needed<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<\/li>\n<li>Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until they are combined and dough forms a ball.
