This year\u2019s conversation: &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSf9NL-ASVP99LZs4jzhQJd4_bbakNU4pqbIt6kDb29CuwGCWw\/viewform?usp=header\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Preparing Our Students to be Global Citizens&#8221;<\/a>&nbsp;could not be more timely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We invite you to join us on&nbsp;<strong>Monday, September 29, from 12\u20131 pm in Commons 221\/222<\/strong>. Lunch is through the Commons line, with celebratory dessert waiting upstairs as we gather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The panel will be introduced and moderated by&nbsp;<strong>Clarisa P\u00e9rez-Armend\u00e1riz, Professor of Politics and Latin American Studies and the 2025 Kroepsch Award winner<\/strong>, and will feature perspectives from colleagues across campus (in alphabetical order):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Laura Balladur<\/strong>, Senior Lecturer in French and Francophone Studies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Darren Gallant<\/strong>, Associate Dean, Director of the Center for Global Education, Visiting Lecturer (FYS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eric LeFlore<\/strong>, Assistant Professor of Biology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>James Reese<\/strong>, Associate Dean of Students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is an opportunity to support your colleagues, celebrate teaching, engage in a college-wide conversation about how we prepare students to meet a complex, interconnected world, and connect across disciplines, leaving with fresh perspectives and ideas for your own teaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your presence makes the conversation stronger.
