  1. Select the Start button, then select Settings, then Personalization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Make sure the Background drop-down menu is set to Picture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Under Choose your picture, select Browse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose the downloaded image from where it is saved on your computer, and it will be applied to your desktop.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
