The Mount David Society recognizes Bates Fund<\/a> donors who put the college first in their annual philanthropy by making a gift of $2,500 or more. These individuals lead the way in supporting Bates by making significant, unrestricted current-use gifts each year \u2014 gifts that underpin the college\u2019s ability to sustain excellence. The Mount David Society is for all alumni; BOLD graduates (Bates of the Last Decade) have tailored giving levels<\/a> to welcome them to the Society.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mount David Society members contribute nearly 80 percent of the Bates Fund total each year and make a tremendous impact on the campus each day through their support. Since the Mount David Society was founded in 2004, yearly MDS giving has increased from $2.2 million to over $6 million annually. Our sincere thanks to donors who chose to make leadership investments in student success, in the campus community, and in Bates!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
