September 20, 2017 Off-Campus Study Information Sessions,
Olin Concert Hall, 7pm and 9pm
September 23, 2017 Information Session for Parents
September 27, 2017 Off-Campus Study Fair,
Commons 221-2, 11am-1pm
September 2017-January 2018 Individual Advising Sessions with Dean Mangieri and Mr. Das.  Receive link to Off-Campus Study Registration Form after first advising session.
By Mid-January 2018 Declare Major; obtain major department chair/advisor signature on Registration Form.
February 2, 2018 Off-Campus Study Registration Form due by 4pm
Mid-February- early April 2018 Apply for Fall 2018 or Year programs (Pay attention to specific program application deadlines)
Students applying to Australian and New Zealand universities for Fall 2018 should do so by mid- March
Late March – Early April 2018 Pre-departure information sessions for Fall and Year students
By May 1, 2018 Financial Aid students renew FAFSA and College Profile applications.
Late June 2018 Students studying off-campus for Fall 2018 and 2018-19 academic year (one program) receive financial aid letter.  (Financial aid disbursed by early September)
Summer 2018 Fall/Year students apply for visas (if applicable).  Visa process details.
Early September 2018 Financial Aid disbursed for Fall and Year students
May – September 2018 Apply for Winter 2019 programs (Pay attention to specific program application deadlines)
September – December 2018 Winter students apply for visa (if applicable).  Visa process details.
November 2018 Winter students receive financial aid letter (Financial aid disbursed by early January)
Early December 2018 Pre-departure information sessions for Winter students
Early January 2019 Financial Aid disbursed for Winter students
