Do not go to the DHL or Fed Ex website directly.<\/p>\n<h3>Requesting a shipment using eShipGlobal<\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If this is your first time using eShipGlobal, you must <a href=\"https:\/\/study.eshipglobal.com\/register\/\">create and activate an account.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sign in to <a href=\"https:\/\/study.eshipglobal.com\/\">eShipGlobal<\/a> and choose &#8220;<em>Receive Package from University&#8221;<\/em> or the appropriate Icon<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;<em>Maine<\/em> (ME)&#8221; as the state and &#8220;<em>Bates College<\/em>&#8221; as the college.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm your address information and click &#8220;<em>Continue<\/em>&#8220;<\/li>\n<li>Select your preferred method of payment and fill out all required details. Select shipping service: DHL, UPS or Fed Ex. (Do not choose US Postal Service (USPS); it is unreliable)<\/li>\n<li>Click on the &#8220;<em>Confirm Payment<\/em>&#8221; button and upon successful shipment creation, you will be presented with the shipment summary page.<\/li>\n<li>The Center for Global Education is then notified and will process your request.
