Disclosures and Training<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

All senior personnel on federally-funded research projects must complete a Financial Conflict of Interest disclosure form<\/a> on an annual basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individuals who are serving as PI or other senior\/key personnel on an NIH proposal must complete training in financial conflict of interest. Bates offers this training through CITI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CITI Training Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Go to https:\/\/www.citiprogram.org\/login<\/a>, then click on the REGISTER tab if you do not have an account already established. Follow the registration prompts to complete the account setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Once logged in, click on the \u201cCourses\u201d page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click on one of the \u201cView Courses\u201d links for the course listing of interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Click on \u201cAdd a Course\u201d which takes you to the course enrollment questions.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. In response to the question \u201cWhich of the following training would you like to complete?\u201d select the following courses, then click \u201cNext\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Select “COI – Public Health Service,” then click Next<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Under “Course Ready to Begin” you will see the COI – Public Health Service” Training. Click “Start Now” to begin the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
