Bonner Leaders participate in a carefully curated set of learning experiences that highlight self-awareness, commitment to community, cross-cultural understanding, and collective problem-solving. Small cohorts allow for optimal relationship building, peer mentoring, and individual growth. Interactive workshops, guest speakers, reflective writing, team-building activities, and hands-on experiential learning opportunities are designed to meet students where they are while challenging and supporting them as they venture into new spheres of experience and insight.
