As part of a small cohort of students, Fellows learn about global challenges such as poverty, food justice, immigration, and positive youth development through locally-focused experiential learning that includes small-group trainings, skill development workshops, community-engaged volunteering, discussion circles, and reflective writing. Fellows are paid a stipend for full participation in the program.
