Kathy Morin, R.N.

Kathy grew up in Leeds, Maine, and graduated from Central Maine Medical
Center School of Nursing in 1979. In 1982, she became the first
chemotherapy certified nurse at CMMC and wrote the original policy for
chemo administration. She worked a total of 19 years caring for patients with
cancer and hematologic disorders within CMMC. In the Spring of 2000, she
left oncology to start a Coumadin Clinic at the Family Medicine Residency.
Over the past 20 years, Kathy has held many different positions at the Family
Medicine Residency and received a CMMC “Hero’s” award in 2018 for her
work with Healthy Androscoggin’s project on food insecurity in the L/A area.
She has been working full time at Bates Health Services since 2018.
