Samuel received his undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy College, and his medical degree from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. He was raised in Maine, and when he left for college, always hoped to return. As a physician, Samuel is interested in advancements in hospital-based medicine, clinic and hospital-based procedures, and critical care. He is also interested in the furthering of a direct primary care model here in Maine, and is interested in local public health and infectious disease. Outside of work, he is a family man first; and he tries to be a fisherman, loves to kayak, go clamming, golf, and to write.
