How do I change my Garnet Gateway PIN?

Login to the Garnet Gateway.​

  • Click on the Account & Access header.
  • Under the Security section, click on Garnet Gateway.
  • Click on the Change PIN button.
    • Enter your Old Garnet Gateway PIN
    • Create a New Garnet Gateway PIN
    • Re-enter your New PIN

  • Click on the Change PIN button.

Your PIN must have:

  • 6-8 characters
  • only letters and numbers
  • At least one number
  • No punctuation or special characters: 
    • !@#$%^&*(),.?/<>

You may not use:

  • Any previous PIN you have used in the Garnet Gateway
  • Any part of a telephone number we have on record for you
  • Any part of your SSN
  • Your birth date
  • Numbers repeated 3 or more times in a row [111222]
  • An increasing sequence [123456, 789012]
  • A decreasing sequence [987654, 321098]
