How do I uninstall the Bradford Campus Manager (Bradford Persistent Agent) from my computer?

Removing the Bradford Persistent Agent from a Windows Computer

  1. On your computer, close all applications and click on the Start menu.  
    1. If the Bradford Agent pop-up dialog is in the way, just move it to the side of the screen.

  2. You will want to select the Add or Remove Programs utility, you can find it several ways depending on your Windows version.
    1. Windows Vista or Windows 7Select Control Panel > Programs and Features
    2. Windows XPSelect Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs

  3. Select the Bradford Persistent Agent from the list of installed programs and click Uninstall or Remove to uninstall the program.
  4. Follow the instructions to complete the removal of the Bradford Persistent Agent from your computer.

Removing the Bradford Persistent Agent from a Macintosh Computer

  1. On the Macintosh computer, click on your Desktop (Finder).  
    1. If the Bradford Agent pop-up dialog is in the way, just move it to the side of the screen.

  2. Click on the Go menu and choose Go to Folder… from the menu.
    1. In the Go to the folder: dialogue box, type /Library and click the Go button.

  3. Double click to open the following folders in order:
    1. Application Support
    2. Bradford Networks
    3. Persistent Agent

  4. Double-click on the Uninstall icon.  
    1. You may be prompted for your Macintosh system username and password to uninstall the application.

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to remove the Bradford Persistent Agent.
