I need to move my telephone to another location. What are the steps I should take?
When moving your telephone/extenstion, please email the IT Service Desk (email@example.com) with the following information:
- The full name and username of the person of who the telephone/extenstion is assigned to.
- Your telephone number/extension.
- Example: (207) 555-1212 / x1212
- The location of where the telephone/extension is currently located.
- The location of where the telephone/extenstion is to be relocated.
- A preferred date and time to schedule the relocation.
- The name and contact information (phone and email address) of the move coordinator.
