How to Zoom – Scheduling a Zoom Meeting (Zoom Application)

Once you have downloaded and installed the Zoom Application, launch the Zoom Application and click the Sign In button.

  • Click on the Sign In with SSO
  • At the Enter your company domain, type in bates
  • Login to your Zoom Account with your Bates Network Username and Password, then click Login.

Scheduling a Meeting:

  • Click the Schedule button.
  • Provide in the details for your meeting
    • Topic
    • When
    • Video (when joining a meeting)
    • Audio Options
    • Meeting Options
    • Calendar
    • Google Calendar

  • Click the Schedule button.
  • You will be prompted to login to your Bates Google Calendar account if you are not already logged in. 
  • A Google Calendar Event will automatically be created with your Zoom Meeting details. Edit the Event to change the Event details or do add Guests.
