Can a Bates G Suite Group have more then one owner/manager?
Yes, a Bates G Suite Group can have multiple owners or managers.
In order to make an individual(s) a Bates G Suite Group owner or manager, they first must be a member of the Group.
To Access and Add Members to your Bates G Suite Group:
- On your computer, open your Bates Gmail account from within a web browser and login
- On the top right, click on the G Suite Application Launcher box and click on the Groups icon
- Click on the My groups icon
- Click on the Manage link
- In the left margin, expand the Members section
- Click on Direct add members
- Click the blue Add button
To Make a Member an Owner or Manager for your Bates G Suite Group:
- In the left margin, expand the Members section
- Click on All members
- Place a check mark next to the members you want to make an owner or manager
- Click on the Actions button located at the top of your window
- From the drop-down menu, click on Add to role, then click on Owner or Manager
To Make an Owner or Manager a Member for your Bates G Suite Group:
- In the left margin, expand the Members section
- Click on All members
- Place a check mark next to the members you want to make an owner or manager
- Click on the Actions button located at the top of your window
- From the drop-down menu, click on Remove from role, then click on Owner or Manager
