If I am using Duo Security on my mobile device and it gets lost or stolen, what should I do?

If you have lost your Bates issued cell phone, please contact the Bates IT Help Desk immediately.

If you added a second device (highly recommended) when activating Duo Security Two-Factor Authentication, you can use that device to authenticate with Duo Security. We highly recommend adding your Bates and/or home landline telephone numbers.
