On this page, we invite you to explore the many great options available at Bates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The info below should provide you with some basics regarding each building &#8211; including address, bathrooms, room types, and building-specific amenities. During quiet hours, conduct that disturbs or interferes with another student\u2019s ability to sleep or study is prohibited. The &#8220;Tree House&#8221;, located on the fourth floor, is the residence\u2019s main lounge, with a double-sided fireplace, gaming tables, and sweeping views of the surrounding campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second floor of Kalperis Hall is designated to housing first-year students.
