Maine State Parks Vehicle Pass<\/strong>: This will grant up to a 17 passenger vehicle day-use only to Maine State Parks and Historic Sites like Range Pond, Wolfe\u2019s Neck Woods, or Bradbury Mountain. The Parks Pass does not include camping. There are some use exceptions<\/a>; the pass is not for use at Acadia National Park (managed by the National Park Service) or Baxter State Park (managed by the Baxter State Park Authority).<\/p>\n\n\n\n A full list of Maine\u2019s state parks, public lands, and historical sites, can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The library has one state parks vehicle pass. You can check availability<\/a> in the catalog. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens<\/strong>: Library staff make a reservation and print out\/email the tickets for patrons. We can reserve up to two adult tickets and multiple children\u2019s tickets.\u00a0The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens<\/a>\u00a0are open May 1 – October 19, 2026, rain or shine. This pass does not provide access to Gardens Aglow during the winter season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Maine Wildlife Park: <\/strong> Library staff will distribute single use passes which allows a discounted admission rate of $5 per person at the gatehouse (3 years old and under are free). There is no longer a cap on the number of folks we can send on any given day. The Maine Wildlife Park<\/a> is open mid-April to mid-November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n April 15, 2026 is the tentative opening day, weather dependent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
