He has been a selectman and active in YMCA, on Project Cape boards; he served in the Lynn area Chamber of Commerce, on the executive board of the Essex National Heritage Commission. Tom coaches Pop Warner football and is a founder of the local Youth Lacrosse program. He and Tara have sons Thomas, 7, and Robert, 4&#8230;.
