Chris Tiné was set to attend the famous Edinburgh Festival Fringe in August for his third consecutive year, and was scheduled to produce and collaborate on The Errollyn Wallen Co.’s “genre-defying” production Jordan Town, a music\/dance\/film collaboration, a show he hopes to tour in the United States. In September, Tiné will travel to Hong Kong at the invitation of the Chinese government and the London-based charity The English-Speaking Union. There, he will set up an urban debating league and select and coach a Hong Kong team to attend the World Schools Debating Championships in February 2001.
