This year&#8217;s theme was global mobility, and entrants wrote a 2,000-word essay on the topic &#8220;Going Faster &#8212; but Where?&#8221; Steve&#8217;s winning entry is posted at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stephengoddard.com\">www.stephengoddard.com<\/a>.
