Matt Carriker<\/strong> has joined a community of Jesuit volunteers to work with local staff in Belize City, Belize, to educate future teachers and leaders there…. Sarah Rigney<\/strong> graduated from the AmeriCorps-National Civilian Community Corps program in Sacramento on Aug. 7, 2002. She became interested in AmeriCorps while working for Habitat for Humanity during a spring break while at Bates. Among her projects were ones in Point Reyes National Seashore, San Francisco, Mendocino, all in Calif., Arizona’s Sedona National Forest, and Kansas City, Mo. She plans to return to her home in Connecticut and teach English composition at the Hyde School in Woodstock. She’ll also head up the community service\/volunteer office there….
