He was in Shanghai earlier this year on a project for the Shanghai American School&#8230;. <strong>Thomas Whalen<\/strong> recently published <em>Dynasty&#8217;s End: Bill Russell and the World Champion 1968-69 Boston Celtics<\/em>, which <em>Sports Illustrated<\/em> says offers &#8220;compelling portraits of both the players and the era that brim with colorful detail&#8230;. Whalen has read just about everything available on the subject &#209; citing 101 books in his bibliography. So if you want a complete portrait of one of the great success stories in team sports, you don&#8217;t have to read 101 books.
