The following donors have generously established new endowed funds at Bates to meet the specific needs of the College.<\/p>\n

L. Raymond Bowlby Memorial Scholarship Fund
\n<\/strong>Given by Carolyn P. Hoffman in memory of her friend, L. Raymond Bowlby, for scholarship assistance for Bates students.<\/p>\n

William H. Dunham ’32 Scholarship Fund
\n<\/strong>Given by bequest of Trustee emeritus William H. Dunham ’32 for scholarship assistance, with preference for students from Maine.<\/p>\n

Ethnomusicology Studies Fund
\n<\/strong>Given by Eijk and Rose-Marie van Otterloo in honor of the graduation of their son, Nils van Otterloo ’99. The fund supports visiting lecturers and musicians, travel support, and the purchase of musical instruments.<\/p>\n

Perkins-Hutchins Memorial Scholarship Fund
