Dahlov Ipcar, children’s book author, to host book signing.

Beloved Maine artists and children’s book author Dahlov Ipcar will be signing books in celebration of the reprinting of “The Little Fisherman.”
David Moorehead of the Lewiston Public Library will read from a selection of Ipcar’s books throughout the morning.
