DeWitt Hardy: Master of Watercolor curator Robert Flynn Johnson had a long and distinguished career as Curator of Prints at the Achenbach Foundation, Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, where he transformed the museum’s holdings into one of the premier graphic collections in the country with over 90,000 works.  Johnson has curated many exhibitions on a broad range of topics, and is the author of many books and exhibition catalogues.  His publications include: Lucien Freud: Works on Paper; Plant Kingdoms: The Photographs of Charles Jones; Leonard Baskin: Monumental Woodcuts, 1952-1963; The Face in the Lens – Anonymous Photographs, and Working Girls, among many others.
