Essaydi\u2019s success in producing work at the interface of two cultures makes both her art and career fascinating. The artist will specifically discuss her Les Femmes du Maroc series featured this Fall in the Museum of Art. This body of work explores issues related to tradition and how it limits personal freedom while it also offers comment on Orientalism.<\/p>\n<p>This exhibition and programming is presented with generous support from the Davis Family Foundation, and the Harward Center for Community Partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>A reception in the Museum will
