Bang On a Can All-Stars to perform at Bates

The Bang On A Can All-Stars, an amplified ensemble that blends jazz, classical, new music and rock, will perform at 8 p.m, October 25, in the Olin Arts Center Concert Hall, 75 Russell St. The concert will feature compositions from the group's two Sony Classical releases, "Industry" and "Cheating, Lying, Stealing," as well as works by Steve Reich and Tom Johnson. Admission at the door is $10 and $5 for students and seniors. Reservations may be made by calling 207-786-6135.
