At 6pm Oct. 3 in Olin 104, the museum screens Bolotin&#8217;s <em>The Jackleg Testament<\/em>, perhaps the only example of a woodcut-based motion picture; a reception with Bolotin follows.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/museum\/exhibitions\/current\/robert-indiana-now-and-then\/\">Robert Indiana: Now and Then<\/a>: Surveying the career of the pioneering Pop artist known for his monumental works &#8220;LOVE,&#8221; &#8220;EAT&#8221; and &#8220;THE ALPHABET,&#8221; this show debuts Indiana&#8217;s series &#8220;Like a Rolling Stone,&#8221; based on lyrics from Bob Dylan&#8217;s musical landmark.<\/p>\n<h3>Sept. 9\u2013Dec. 23<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/museum\/exhibitions\/upcoming\/mythology\/\">Mythology<\/a>: Drawing on six centuries&#8217; worth of works from the museum&#8217;s collection, this exhibition explores classical Greco-Roman mythology.
