The housing bubble. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.com\/culture\/story\/20160419-tulip-mania-the-flowers-that-cost-more-than-houses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=en&amp;q=http:\/\/www.bbc.com\/culture\/story\/20160419-tulip-mania-the-flowers-that-cost-more-than-houses&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1516984941218000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGlhjoJzUxfYh00jgGYu5iGYf7qTQ\">Tulip Mania<\/a> in the 17th-century Netherlands.
