In a <em>Bon Appetit<\/em> story, he praises Portland, Maine, the \u201cFoodiest Small Town in America,\u201d citing the city\u2019s fresh seafood, local beers, artisanal bakeries, and \u201cthe best breakfasts in the country.\u201d In the <em>Today <\/em>segment, Knowlton appears at about the 4:15 mark.
