The free concerts, open to the public, are held from 12:30 to 1 p.m. Tuesdays in the Olin Arts Center Concert Hall.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Guitarist Ken Labrecque, bass player Greg Lindholm and drummer Lance Burpee perform jazz improvisations on standard tunes on Feb. 6.<\/p>\n<p>On Feb. 13, Joshua Clark &#8217;97 and Meredith Haviland &#8217;98 perform trumpet duets by Telemann, Corelli, Hummel and others.<\/p>\n<p>There will be no concert on Feb. 20 during the College recess.<\/p>\n<p>On Feb. 27, baritone Timothy Neal Johnson joins pianist Judith Quimby from the University of Southern Maine in a performance of Robert Schumann&#8217;s <em>Dichteliebe<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>For additional information call the Olin Arts Center at 207-786-6135.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Bates Noonday Concert Series continues its season throughout February.
