Opening Day for the 520 members of the Class of 2026 dawned cloudy and rainy and ended sunny and warm. Nuff said! Here’s how it went down, hour by hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Bates parents Kirk Daulerio and Adrienne Shibles \u201891 emerge from their pickup truck outside Lane Hall. Their daughter is Elsa Daulerio \u201826 of Harpswell, Maine. One of the all-time great Bates basketball players, Shibles is the head coach of the Dartmouth women’s team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
