Since 2010, AESOP (Annual Entering Student Orientation Program) has diversified its range of trips \u2014 from intense backpacking excursions to on-campus activities \u2014 creating space for every incoming student to feel included.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8216;We Work Together&#8217;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>\u201cFind ways to be part of the solution. We are a community organized around <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/about\/mission\/\"><em>the ideals laid out in our mission statement.<\/em><\/a><em>&#8230; But we are also part of a community of humans, which means that we are imperfect.
