The public is invited to attend free of charge.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->The program features three of Elf&#8217;s compositions, including a flute sonata, a set of six a capella chamber choir pieces about the life of Christ and a string quartet. Pianist Mark Howard will accompany Elf for the flute sonata, and solos also will be performed by Shannon Elf, a Bowdoin College student, and John Corrie, a member of the Bates music faculty.
