{"id":21881,"date":"1998-09-01T15:29:23","date_gmt":"1998-09-01T20:29:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/home.bates.edu\/?p=21881"},"modified":"2017-01-26T14:56:03","modified_gmt":"2017-01-26T19:56:03","slug":"noonday-corrie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/news\/1998\/09\/01\/noonday-corrie\/","title":{"rendered":"Noonday Concerts resume with harpsichordist Corrie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Noonday Concert Series, featuring weekly performances by Bates faculty and students, resumes on Sept. 15 when harpsichordist <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/x29446.xml\">John Corrie<\/a> performs Preludes and Fugues 1-5 from Bach&#8217;s <em>Well-Tempered Clavier, <\/em>Book I.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->The free concerts, open to the public, will be held from 12:30 to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays at the  Olin Arts Center Concert Hall, 75 Russell St. More information on the Bates Noonday Concert Series is available from Olin Arts at 207-786-6135.<\/p>\n<p>Two other Noonday Concerts are scheduled for September.  Greg Boardman &amp; Friends will perform a program of classic American fiddle music on Sept. 22.
