Two of the films, <em>Baboon Behavior<\/em> and <em>Baboon Social Organization<\/em>, were created by Irven DeVore for his doctoral research project. The third, <em>My Life With the Chimpanzees<\/em>, is a gorgeously photographed National Geographic documentary about Goodall, the renowned chimpanzee specialist and founder of the Jane Goodall Institute for Wildlife Research, Education and Conservation.<\/p>\n<p>The festival is offered in connection with a Bates course, Primates and Human Origins. The public is welcome to the film screening free of charge.
