Kennedy alludes to her Bates experience when asked to name the best business book she&#8217;s read. &#8220;In college, I read a research piece  on how men and women work differently. I think women should capitalize  on how we work differently,&#8221; she tells reporter Laura Hampson. Kennedy also shares the best business advice she&#8217;s gotten: &#8220;Always think about the customer. Be humble.
