The question to be debated reads: &#8220;Do Liberal Arts  Institutions Inappropriately Marginalize the Right?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Open to the public, the parliamentary debate begins at 8 p.m. in  the\u00a0Edmund S. Muskie Archives, Campus Avenue.
