They want this hospital to be successful.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He sees himself as &#8220;one of the stewards of this tremendous community resource. That drives us to success. Also, this medical staff has a collegiality about it and rapport that has disappeared in a lot of places. They support one another and push one another.
