\u201cYou don\u2019t have to look hard to spot a Batesie halfway around the world,\u201d says Carine Warsawski \u201907. \u201cWe naturally gravitate.\u201d<\/p>\n

In this photo, the gravitational locus is Masada, the ancient desert fortress overlooking the Dead Sea, where Warsawski and Rachel Warner \u201908 happened upon each other.<\/p>\n

In more ways than one, it was a \u201cpicture perfect moment,\u201d Warsawski says, She was traveling with Authentic Israel, an Israel travel program provider for which she serves as director of marketing. The picture frame was for taking photos of trip participants against various backdrops, so potential clients \u201ccan look at them and say, \u2018Yeah! I can picture myself\u2019\u201d in Israel.<\/p>\n

Warner, a fundraiser for Brigham and Women\u2019s Hospital in Boston, was traveling in country. \u201cIt was just one of those \u2018wherever you go, you\u2019ll always find a Batesie\u2019 moments,\u201d Warsawski says.<\/p>\n
