Bates College President Clayton Spencer recently sat down with\u00a0Alfred Russo \u201915 and Jordana\u00a0Gluckow \u201916 at WRBC-FM\u00a0to discuss a range of\u00a0topics. In a relaxed and wide-ranging conversation, President Spencer answered questions about key initiatives at the college, how she thinks about organizational change, and opportunities for innovation and experimentation provided by Short Term.<\/p>\n
