As always, Bates dancers will perform in the F.A.B. Winter Dance Showcase, taking place for the 11th time on Feb. 6, 2016. (Phyllis Graber Jensen\/Bates College)<\/p><\/div>\n

The “F.A.B.” Winter Dance Showcase, says Professor of Dance Carol Dilley, “gives audiences a rare chance to see a variety of dance styles, but it’s also an opportunity for the artists to network.<\/p>\n

“Dancers of all kinds work together to present this program, from seasoned professionals exploring new works to young dancers broadening their horizons in this field that they love.”<\/p>\n

Bates students will present two of the 14 performances by dance artists from around Maine \u2014 as well as New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts \u2014 in the 11th F.A.B. Winter Dance Showcase<\/a>, co-sponsored by Bates College and the Franco Center, and taking place downtown at the Franco Center at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6.<\/p>\n
