Bobcat First students have access to tutors trained by ARC, but housed in the Office of Intercultural Education (OIE). Peer tutoring improves the academic success of students, promotes independence in learning, and fosters critical thinking for students. Program members have access to tutors in the following subject areas:

• Biology
• Chemistry
• Mathematics
• Writing
