(Mitchel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updates.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send more photos for social media. (Shenny)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community Liaison. (Heidi)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>BOC is working with the Androscoggin Land Trust to do work in the Spring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possible partnership with working with the outdoor group at Montello Elementary School.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trip Leaders. (Claire, David, Liina, Tommo)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They are working on the structure of trips to allow for clear planning with a set idea\/agenda. However, it is getting too cold to plan most trips in the leader&#8217;s areas.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tommo is hoping to do a winter surfing workshop and is trying to figure out how to teach lessons as well as find companies that can do lessons.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-Room. (Ethan)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This week is the last week to get gear; next week is the last to return. The E-Room will close for the semester during Winter Break.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hoping to get mountain bikes (2-3).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharpen Skates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize nordic gear.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outdoor Program Manager (Mitchel)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Looking to fill a spot for another Outdoor Program Manager; if you are interested, Mithcel will be sending out information soon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BOC is also looking for volunteers for Winter Carnival.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biweekly Skiing Trips? (Mitchel)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Being able to take vans to Sugarloaf or Sunday River.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This would not be an official trip, BOC could supply transportation, and there would not have to be a trip leader. It would be a more casual trip to fund transportation for people with passes\/need transport to ski.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forum for non-trip related information (Ethan)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Group me? (Tommo)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ski Related.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0A van that could go once a week to Lost Valley is a cost-effective way to provide transportation to ski.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trying to get club nordic restarted, maybe collaborating with the BOC. (Claire)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nordic skiing at Lost Valley is another way to provide transportation.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It could be merged by bringing vans to Lost Valley for skiing and nordic.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bobcat Express?&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vans can be difficult in regards to accessibility (Liina)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seasonal rental to stay on campus for the Winter Semester (BOC Van).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Long-Term Trips. (Ali)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Still do not have a March break trip planned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weekly updates like Bates Today from the BOC (Liina)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not showing up to trips. (Mitchel)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A policy that if you do not show up without telling anyone once you get a warning, if it happens again, you can not sign up for any trips for the rest of the year.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear contact if you can not attend a trip you signed up for.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Template for trip leaders to know what to include in emails, such as information, policy, etc. (Claire)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overnight Trip Leader Training. (Mitchel)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This would count for day trips, too, and could maybe happen before April.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As of now, the next certification is for April.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You need to have WFA as well.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can get financial support through BOC for this if it is not through BOC.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appealing training trips.
