(Claire)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Climbing trip.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two vans are needed for the cross-country trip.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are trips coming up this Sunday?\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hiking, Skiing?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Sugarloaf trip coming up.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rock climbing meeting. (Mitchel)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The next BOC meeting could be a rock climbing meeting.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liina can teach some rock climbing skills at a seminar\/meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teach a pre-climbing test for the EVO trips.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start a reset of the wall while teaching some type of climbing seminar (switch out between groups).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meeting with someone to figure out the investment to buy a new board.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maybe still keep the old one so more people can climb?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Climbing wall hours so people can supervise\/work?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ethan.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Puddle jump volunteers? EMS?&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thoughts on the current schedule of Spring trips?\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All of them are on the current calendar and have sufficient planning that should make them possible.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is any plan in place for a torchlight run?\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Probably not possible at this point.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have leftover Acadia rentals from AESOP that can be used to turn into a trip this Spring. (Liina)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possible overnight trip leader training <strong>March\/April<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tommo.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Been planning some surf trips.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An overnight trip during short term to short ridge house by Popham Beach.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sustainable surf lessons.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maine Surfers Union at Higgins Beach does surf lessons with all gear provided.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>June-September, <\/strong>good for next fall.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some day trips during short term.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BOC battleship.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning for next Fall. Tentatively <strong>September 16th-17th.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peaks Week, <strong>September 9th-16th.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It could be a heavy week for us to plan trips every day during the first week of school.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No show policy?\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you do not show up for one trip or cancel within 24 hours it is a warning, and if you do it a second time you can not show up to any trips for the rest of the year. Policy can change depending on how long the trip is.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rewriting constitution within equity and inclusion.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Catie and Mitchel have a goal to have it done in the next couple of weeks.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heidi.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Thursday from 7:45-9:10 Heidi is going to LHS for \u201coutdoor class\u201d to talk about winter gear information and lead a fun snowshoe demonstration.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Could also happen with Montello Elementary School and Edward Little.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AT Ideas.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At some point people will come to one of the BOC meetings and do a presentation on maintaining our part of the AT.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>April\/May <\/strong>maintaining the trail.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dedicated Short Term planning with trip leaders in March?&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boat day to repair boats. (Catie)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly van rentals? (David)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Senior oriented BOC events? (Nathan and Ethan)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rent out Short Ridge.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No reason there can\u2019t be the BOC within senior week.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email Mya any election process ideas.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"mailto:mlaliberte@bates.edu\">mlaliberte@bates.edu<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership meetings twice a month rather than once for an hour and a half. This would rotate with BOC meetings and would be a meeting everyweek.
