Please watch for follow-up email invitations for your region, or get a jump on registering for our virtual events using the links below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our <strong>Summer Welcome Receptions <\/strong>provide an in-person opportunity for incoming families and students to get to know other local Bobcats. We will send area families an email invitation when registration opens for each gathering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Maine \u2013 Wednesday, July 6<\/li><li>Washington DC metro area \u2013 Wednesday, July 20<\/li><li>New York City area \u2013 Wednesday, August 17<\/li><li>Boston \u2013 <em>date coming soon!<\/em><\/li><li>San Francisco \u2013 <em>date coming soon!<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our <strong>Virtual Welcome Series <\/strong>provides a parent-to-parent perspective on the Bates experience. We included live links in our direct email to all families, and we will continue to push registration emails directly to your inbox. International families are welcome at any session that works for their timezone.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Midwest\/Texas \u2013 Thursday, July 14 at 6:30pm Central<\/li><li>Mid-Atlantic\/south \u2013 Tuesday, July 26 at 7pm Eastern<\/li><li>New England \u2013 Tuesday, August 2 at 7pm Eastern<\/li><li>New York metro area \u2013 Tuesday, August 9 at 7pm Eastern<\/li><li>Western US\/California \u2013 Tuesday, August 16 at 6pm Pacific<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please encourage your students to check their Bates email for a reminder from the First-Year Experience team about some <strong>student-only virtual welcome events<\/strong>.
