By supporting CHC nonprofit partners, you are taking an active role in helping make our communities a healthier place to live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Any donation makes a difference:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$3 per pay period gives 20 people access to an anonymous online mental health screening<br>that can better understand their mental health.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>$5 per pay period will provide groceries for a patient with cancer for 2 weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>$10 per paycheck covers the cost of a one-day virtual family program, which is offered free<br>of charge and provides resources and support for family members impacted by addiction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>$15.00 per pay period will help pay for travel expenses for individuals receiving<br>chemotherapy far from home.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>$25.00 per pay period will help fund programs that address the maternal Health crisis<br>and reduce preterm births.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div
