Below is some pertinent information to help you mail items effectively to your student.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n Your student will receive an email notification from us once the package is ready for pickup. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n All mail and packages should be addressed as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n Student First and Last Name<\/span> *<\/span>Ask your student for their virtual box number<\/span>.<\/strong> (They can find it in their Garnet Gateway account.) It is not necessary to include their building name\/room, ID number, or other identifying information. All mail and packages are routed through Post & Print and distributed based upon the campus box number listed.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n Be sure the student\u2019s first and last name and campus box number are listed in the address <\/strong>as shown above. Items without the student\u2019s name or campus box number, or with the wrong name or box number, may cause the item to be delayed or returned to sender.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are traveling a long distance or flying-in, you may want to ship some of your student\u2019s belongings to campus beforehand. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n There are several things to keep in mind when shipping items overnight:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
